The 18th Danske Havforskermøde, 28th - 30th of January 2015

The 18th Danske Havforskermøde 2015 will be held in Copenhagen at the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS) and the Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management (IGN) at the University of Copenhagen. The meeting will be held in Danish but we welcome presentations in English, oral as well as posters, to encourage the large number of foreign Ph.D. students and post docs in Danish Academia to participate.

Danske Havforskermøde
Danske Havforskermøde gather researchers, students, technicians, and marine resource/environmental managers. These meetings are held every second year with ca. 300 participants from all over Denmark. The latest knowledge in Danish marine research is presented at a general level. Students have the valuable possibility to present their projects and to develop their network.

Danish National Council for Oceanology (DNO)
DNO is a council appointed by the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters responsible for representing Danish interests in the UN Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC), and the Scientific Commission for Ocean Research (SCOR). DNO is further responsible for arranging the Danish Marine Research Meetings.
